For artists - by selling your work on artchain you acknowledge that all the artwork/s put up by you is your original content (made by hand or digitally). If you make sales, you take the sole responsibility of making sure the work reaches the buyer. Incase the buyer does not complete the payment, art chain is not responsible.
For buyer - by buying work on art chain you are agreeing to buying work directly from the artist and you will not hold art chain India or its owners/coordinators, liable if you do not receive the art work or the work does not meet your expectations or if there is damage during shipment. All communication is between you and the artist. Art chain India has no role or control in the transaction.
For media and press - When writers ask the Art Chain India Team for images for an article, essay or any piece of writing, we direct them to the #ArtChainIndia page on Instagram. The writers select the images of the artworks they would like to include, themselves.
